Cancellation Policy
Goddess Wax requires more than 24 hours for any service cancellation.  Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours from appointment start time will result in 50% charge of the reserved services.

No shows are subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of the reserved services.  The rebooking fee must be paid in full in order to be able to book additional appointments.
 
If there are multiple services reserved in one appointment, and at time of arrival any of those services are cancelled/declined, those cancelled services will be charged at 50% and added to the final total of the service ticket.

Late Arrivals
Due to the quick nature of our appointments, Goddess Wax is only able to allow a 5-minute late arrival time.  If your arrival will be more than 5 minutes late, please reach out as rescheduling your appointment may be required.

Rescheduling appointments due to late arrivals may also be subject to rebooking fees.

Refund Policy
Goddess Wax does not offer refunds.  If you are unhappy with your results, please contact Goddess Wax within 48 hours to discuss other options.

Payments
Goddess Wax accepts cash and card only.  Credit cards must be placed on file in order to book online.  Unfortunately we are unable to accept Cashapp, Venmo, or ApplePay at this time.
